Dear Alisal Union School District Families,
At Alisal Union School District, our top priority is ensuring that every child receives an education that prepares them for a bright future. To help us achieve this, we are launching an instructional study in partnership with Orenda Education from January 26th to February 19th.
While this study involves our entire district, a "Deep Dive" focus will take place at Fremont, Frank Paul, Creekside, and Alisal Community Schools.
What this means for your child: During this time, experts will be visiting classrooms to observe the learning process. They will specifically be looking at:
- Curriculum Engagement: How students are interacting with the lessons.
- Instructional Support: How teachers are guiding student growth.
- Peer Collaboration: How students are working with and learning from one another.
Please note that these observations are intended to evaluate our district’s systems and teaching strategies; they are not an evaluation of individual students. This process helps us ensure that our schools are providing the best possible environment for your child to thrive.

Estimadas familias del Distrito Escolar Alisal:
En el Distrito Escolar Alisal, nuestra máxima prioridad es asegurar que cada niño reciba una educación que lo prepare para un futuro brillante. Para ayudarnos a lograr esto, iniciaremos un estudio de la instrucción académica en asociación con Orenda Education del 26 de enero al 19 de febrero.
Este estudio involucra a todo nuestro distrito, y se llevará a cabo un enfoque de "Estudio Profundo" (Deep Dive) específicamente en las escuelas Fremont, Frank Paul, Creekside y Alisal Community.
Lo que esto significa para su hijo(a): Durante este tiempo, expertos visitarán los salones de clases para observar el proceso de aprendizaje. Se enfocarán específicamente en:
- Participación en el Currículo: Cómo los estudiantes interactúan con las lecciones.
